Consultation: A complimentary meeting to get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, and determine how I can best support you.
Prenatal Visits: Two personalized in person visits to provide education, assist with the creation of your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and address any questions you may have.
On-Call: From 36 weeks until the birth.
Continuous Labor Support: I will be by your side throughout labor, offering emotional support, comfort measures, and advocacy for your birth preferences.
Postpartum Follow-Up: A postpartum visit to ensure a smooth transition, answer any questions, and offer support during the early days of parenthood.
Phone and Email Support: Available for any questions or concerns you may have leading up to the birth and during the postpartum period.
